Government order
A VA, DLA, or DHA buyer places the order with Zeroth: a set-aside award, a catalog order, or a purchase-card buy under the micro-purchase threshold.
Zeroth purchase order
Zeroth orders from the manufacturer at dealer pricing. Card payment on first orders, net terms after that.
Delivery and close-out
The manufacturer drop-ships to the point of use, or ships through an FDA-registered national 3PL partner. Zeroth invoices the government and handles returns and warranty.
